Ingredients:
¼ cup butter
5 fennel bulbs (trimmed and quartered)
32oz vegetable broth (you can make using other items in your box)
salt and pepper
Directions:
Over medium heat, melt butter in a large skillet
Add fennel bulbs
Stir until golden brown ~ 10 minutes.
Add broth.
Simmer ~ 15 min or until fennel is tender. Serve and season with salt and pepper.
